The real issue with missions, (at least in cloud) is that everyone is pining to do something cool. The idea of a village trying to foster a ninjas skills and techniques resonates well with me. I'd love to see the same thing happen with skills as well. I loved the missions we had in cloud a while back where you simply went out to learn a new jutsu and came back to show the Kage. Just buying all my armor for a year IC would bankrupt the village. Trying to stay competitive with crafting prices simply is unfeasible or unsustainable for very long. But the items you'd want people to track down would just be more of the same busy work that tailors and alchemists would already be doing. Hunting and Gathering missions are cool and all. RP interaction aside a ninja should be getting their sense or purpose from their missions. It's to make missions fun and interesting so they can contribute to the characters story line. Trying to get missions to pay the same as crafting isn't the solution. As it stands crafting will is always going to net you the most money. Please don't post 'LOL' or 'You're an idiot' comments. I'm grateful for suggestions, constructive criticism and/or praise. This can encourage some RP and become more aware of how to use your bloodlimit/clan to your best advantage. So a "C"-rank jutsu will be a "C"-ranked mission. The rank of the jutsu can correspond the rank of the jutsu. Finding animals we can use to make clothes. Creating armoury for smaller shinobis (5'4" or shorter), shinobis who are under 18 and still growing or lighter armoury that can offer just as much protection. Some suggestions I came up with myself was: How can I make missions like that without breaking the bank or cause inflation? Creating a good armour and selling it is double that amount. The maximum pay for a "B"-ranked mission for instance is 50 000 ryo. I would really like to make mission that involves hunting, crafting, finding herbs or similar. I realize I should have done this a little earlier, but I finally got a reliable computer.
